At Mistral Industrial Chemicals, we strive for complete satisfaction with every order; however, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, our policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all chemical containers remain sealed and in their original packaging to comply with safety and transport regulations.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and batch details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the chemicals in their original UN-approved containers and outer boxing to ensure compliance with hazardous material transport safety standards.

• 3.
  Arrange Transport

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and schedule a pickup with an authorized industrial courier capable of handling chemical shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our laboratory team verifies the integrity of the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
